I'm getting errors saying content cannot be displayed, or lots of white space dominates pages. How can I fix this?

Cause 1 - Out of Date Software

Your browser may be out of date. Follow the appropriate link below to download the latest version of your browser:

Your versions of Flash and Java might not be up to date. Please check that your current version is up to date, if not, download the latest versions of Java™ and Adobe Flash Player.

  1. Download the necessary software from the links above.
  2. Close your browser.
  3. Run the installation packages for each software downloaded.
  4. Restart your browser. (some installers will do this automatically)

Cause 2 - SSL Conflict

For security reasons, most modern browsers no longer allow pages with different security protocols to be displayed through embedding (HTTP cannot be shown on HTTPs pages. We will avoid this where possible. This can be changed manually for specific affected pages. 

  • In Chrome
    1. For affected pages, in the URL bar, at the right side, should be a shield icon for affected pages. Click it.
    2. Click "Load unsafe script" under "This page includes script from unauthenticated sources".
  • In Firefox
    1. For affected pages, in the URL bar, at the left side, should be a shield icon for affected pages. Click it.
    2. Select "Disable Protection on This Page" and then "Apply".

My Problem Couldn't Be Solved With the Information Above. What should I do?
